A Highlight of our Trip
We had the most incredible experience with Daniel during our stay in Costa Rica! From the moment we connected, communication was seamless and professional. Each meal was beautifully presented and full of fresh, local flavors – the pork, chicken and fish were absolute standouts.What impressed us most was how Daniel tailored the menu to our dietary preferences and made every meal feel special. He curated menus to our liking and even made a birthday cake for my husband's birthday. He arrived early to prepare, left the kitchen spotless, and even shared tips about the local ingredients. Daniel was one of the BEST parts of our trip!
Daniel was above and beyond amazing during our week in Costa Rica. Delicious and Reliable
Daniel's food was delicious! He was so easy to work with and accommodated all of our dietary needs. He worked with a smile, cleaned with joy, and went the extra mile to make each one of my family members feel like he was just cooking for them. The kids were happy, my parents were happy, and my wife and I could not have been more pleased with the ease that it brought to our entire trip. What a way to usher out the year!
Chef Daniel Rojas absolutely exceeded every expectation we had for our New Year's Eve dinner. When we were provided with a selection of menus, our three-generation family had a hard time selecting from the mouth-watering offerings. We couldn't have been more pleased! From the fish taken from the water earlier that day, to the tres leches dessert, every bite that we put in our mouths was outstanding. Daniel and his uncle David prepped, cooked, set, served, and cleaned up. They had engaging personalities and we enjoyed being around them, both watching them work and talking to them. We were leaving Costa Rica the next day, and we didn't want to waste any of the delicious food, so we ate the dinner leftovers for breakfast!!!

An exceptional culinary experience.

Amazing dining experience for families
Daniel was a pleasure to work with during our time on Papagayo Peninsula. We scheduled three dinners and one breakfast with Daniel for 7 adults and 3 children. Daniel’s responsiveness, attention to detail, and accommodation to various diets and age groups was incredible. Every meal was absolutely delicious and his staff was professional and very clean. Chef Daniel goes above and beyond !
Chef Daniel exceeded all of our expectations in every way. We were a large group of 17 people with 6 adults and children ranging from 5-14. Daniel prepared many delicious dishes that appealed to everyone in the group and the kids and adults both enjoyed the freshness and flavor of each dish. Even the picky eaters found something they loved. We could not have asked for a more relaxing and full service experience from Chef Daniel and his team. The table was set each evening and all the dishes cleaned and put away which was very relaxing and extremely convenient for our large group. Chef Daniel was very flexible and worked around our schedule and is an excellent communicator always responding promptly to any questions we had. We highly recommend chef Daniel and his attention to detail and his culinary expertise makes him the best of the best. We loved learning about local ingredients including delicious freshly caught fish, local fruit and vegetables that were out of this world. When we return to Costa Rica we will be sure to have Chef Daniel cook for us. Best Part of Our Trip was Sensorial Food!
We had the pleasure of working with Sensorial Food by Chef Daniel Rojas for our Winter Break in Guanacaste, CR. We hired Chef Daniel and his team for 4 Breakfast and 3 Dinner Meals, and every meal was AMAZING. We are a family of 3 adults, 1 Teen, and two kids (he does Kids Menus). All of the food was of excellent quality, looked beautiful, and cooked to perfection. We had him cook the first night we arrived, and it started our trip off great, especially after traveling all day. This area of Costa Rica was really beautiful, but his food was truly one of the highlights of our week-long visit. We will definitely be back and will book with him again, no questions asked! He also had really great restaurant recommendations for the days we were not able to secure his services. Really, no need to read any more reviews HE IS IT! Hire him and his team if they are available you will not regret it!
